I took in my shaggy puppy for a little trim and the lady shaved her!!!! She was only supposed to trim her up a little! We went to pick her up and didn't recognize her until we looked her right in the eyes!!! I was given a made up story about matted paws when I asked why she was so short. Her paws weren't matted and why would that require the rest of her hair to be shaved? I paid $25 for this and went home and cried! I would not go back or recommend this place. It's awful!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, and she didn't even shave her well, she was all uneven and choppy!
