Zerbe Jewelers are great to work with. I went to a chain store where it took forever to get help and the employee was rude. I went to Zerbe Jewelers where they were very friendly from the minute that I walked into the store. They took their time and helped me select the items that I wanted to purchase. It is nice to support a local store and one that believes in customer service.
