I have lived in NYC for 15 years and bounced around forever looking for the perfect salon- one with a talented, friendly, knowledgable and professional mix of stylists and colorists who treat you like they really care about cutting and coloring your hair the way you want it- a fun, laid-back atmosphere, a place where I could feel confident that should I want anything from a basic trim and color touch up to a trendy, dramatic ""new-do"" I would be be in good hands. This is THE ONE. My appointments always start on-time- in fact, the salon is managed quite well overall- always clean, well stocked with products for sale (although I never feel pressured to buy anything- but usually do anyway becuase they carry some of the industry's top product lines) veryorganized in general. It really is a treat and a pleasure to go there and I very much look forward to my appointments with Mary Lou (color) and Paul (stylist). Such a nice place to be, everyone is friendly, no attitude, no drama. I have recommed several freinds and co-workers (many are now regular clients!) My hair always looks and feels great!
