Review content:
I called today to make an appointment since the other reviews seemed pretty favorable. The receptionist was snotty when I tried to make an evening reservation for color. I was ok with either colorist as long as they could fit me in after 5 on any weekday next month. (pretty flexible with date) I explained that I had long curly hair. She didn't understand that I couldn't leave work early during the week. Then she went on to tell me how busy they are because of 4th of July and that I had to make it in at 4:45. They only had an hour. An hour?! for highlights? yeah right. I don't need to spend that much money for a rushed job. ...didn't even consider another weekday closer to the end of the month. they acted like they don't need my business. maybe they don't, so I'll go somewhere else. you should too. they are too busy.
