We want to express our gratitude to Roto-Rooter for sending out Dave 1642 to our home to solve a drain problem. Dave had repaired a gas leak last year and we were grateful to be able to welcome him back to solve our plumbing problem. Dave was extremely courteous and knowledgable, offering us several options without making us feel pressured. Dave continually explained what and why he was doing each step, making us feel confident throughout the process. As a fifty year old, it is refreshing to see an ""old school"" plumber who takes pride in both his work as well as his custumers. Dave is an excellent reflection of the quality of service that Roto-Rooter provides and as he explained the other services that his company offers, I wasn't suprised that your name isn't Roto-Rooter PLUS! Thank you again for the outstanding service and thank you so much Dave. It's like having a good friend over.
