On 12/6/12, the night before our annual Xmas party we discovered that we had standing water in the basement that had overflowed into the great room carpeted area. Our regular plumber actually recommended that we call Roto-Rooter as he could not get out that night. We called and the technician/plumber was there within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, but he did not have the part. He made sure that we were first up in the morning and that the water restoration company was there first thing in the morning too. It was an expensive part, sadly for our pocketbook especially at Xmas, but we were very satisfied with the service that Roto-Rooter performed for us. Our Xmas party was delegated to stay upstairs but it went off without a hitch and I think they all had a great time. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter at 2125 Montana Avenue, Cincinnati Ohio again.
