Review content:
I had signiicant water backup in my basement drains when I called Roto-Rooter. The customer service representatives were very helpful and friendly when taking my call. I did have to wait a bit beyond the time frame they indicated that someone would arrive, which was the only negative of my experience. The plumber Kenneth arrived at my door and was extremley helpful and kind. He did a very throrough job fixing the problem and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what he needed to do in order to fix it. The water is now draining properly at my house and Kenneth at Roto-Rooter is now my go-to plumber in Cincinnati!
