The plumber your company dispatched to our home in Cincinnati was great. It was Sunday & the plumbing drain problem had gotten worse all day. My son is getting married in a few weeks and I did not want to worry about plumbing problems or toilets backing up during the rehersal dinner at our home. The plumber did not give up until he cleared the clog. He was curteous, efficient, & cleaned up after himself. I used to use a different Cincinnati plumbing company, but not anymore. We are extremely grateful to be problem free.
