I ordered some replacement windows from Hansons Windows. The sales person Bob Kruse was very knowledgeable about the product and showed me the greatest deal around the Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Michigan area.
These replacement windows look great. Mary Ellen , the service coordinator, was very much up on the job by contacting me some days in advance to tell me the windows were in and ready for delivery, what I had to do to get things ready for the installers and the time they would be at my home .
They were right on time and Mary Ellen called the morning they were to come to tell me who was coming and that they were on schedule.
The crew arrived on time , introduced themselves and got right to work. I was surprised at how fast the windows went in. The efficiency of the work crew and the clean up was great. I didn't have to pick up any debris. In fact they cleaned up so good I could mow my grass the same day.
Mary Ellen did call during the day to make sure I had all my cares taken care of, and followed up after the installation was completed.
When I need more work done on the house I will make sure Hansons Windows is the first one called.
