I want to express my utmost satisfaction with my business dealings with Hansons Windows so far. I dealt with Hansons Windows several years ago and was fairly satisfied .My most recent satisfaction was due to Mr Rod Potts and his business acumen.
Mr. Potts was knowledgeable,diligent, open and most importantly patient. He listened to all our needs/questions/concerns and addressed them professionally to the best of his ability and when he was unable to answer our questions satisfactorily, he sought advice from co-workers and even from the owner of the company to ensure that we were satisfied.
With Hansons Windows, it's clear that customer satisfaction is JOB 1. That is good business. I will use Hansons Windows for all my future home improvement needs and be a positive voice to all my friends and within the community.
Although I received several competitive estimates from many other known home improvement companies, we had no hesitation in choosing Hansons Windows and the difference maker is Mr Rod Potts!
Looking forward to seeing my roof completed and future business dealings.
