I recently used Basic Moving for my move from DC to NYC. Could not wish for better service. My driver, Boris was very polite and very experienced and knowledgeable. Before starting loading, he explained everything they were about to do with the rough estimate of how long it would take to complete loading. He was very considerate about my personal schedule to make sure that I was able to keep my plans.\r

All my possessions were treated with respect and each time I would ask them what can I do to help, the movers reassured me that they would handle everything. There were no ifs ands or buts. The driver gave me his cell number saying you can call me anytime with any questions.\r

I received my delivery in NY on the agreed date and time. Everything arrived safely and the movers didn’t leave until everything was placed, reassembled and reorganized several time inside of my apartment.\r

I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend Basic Moving.\r
They are very professional, experienced and respectful.
