Vygor provides the best qualified staff to help you achieve your fitness goal. With the guidance of a personal trainer, I was able to lose 70 lbs and change my life style from a "slug" to highly active. The program they designed for me gave me the appropriate push I needed without any overwhelming or unrealistic routines. Two years ago, I hated exericising and now it's the first thing I do in the morning because it sets a postiive tempo for my day.
If you haven't exercised in a while, or just want to get back into a regular routine, I would highly recommend working with a Vygor trainers or class instructors. They will help you set very realistic goals and will work with you to achieve success.
My experience at VYgor has been all positive. WIshing you success in reaching your goals!
