PLEASE READ AND CONSIDER CAREFULLY. I am not the kind of person who likes to spend time writing this sort of thing. I am writing to help other decent people who wish to avoid wasting time and money dealing with liars. I bought a pre-owned car from Hussain (sales manager/owner) recently. I flew hundreds of miles to pick the car up, Hussain BROKE HIS WORD and added charges that were not part of the deal we had made by phone. I was forced to pay the additional charges. Hussain promised to send various items (or their replacement value) that were advertised with the car but could not be found on the day I picked the car up. Nothing has been received (months later) and REPEATED CALLS TO HUSSEIN (and others at the dealership) HAVE GONE UNANSWERED. Also, it took them over 2 months TO FILE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP WITH THE DMV - I am still waiting for my 2011 registration sticker. As the registration expired in August, we are being ticketed and pulled over repeatedly and having to explain that we are waiting on the title transfer by the dealership. I called Infiniti of Fairfield about this - they blamed the DMV. But it turns out they hadn't started the process until 2 months after I bought the car. Hussain LIED about fees and after sale customer service. He has not returned any of my (polite) phone messages since he made the sale. I would not buy another car from these slippery operators AT ANY PRICE. If you must do business with Hussain or Infiniti of Fairfield, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING and be prepared to litigate.
