Businiess name:  La Perlita Restaurant
Review by:  Barry P.
Review content:
If you want run of the mill, gringo style Mexican food, this is not the place for you. But, if you want the real thing, prepared in true Mexican style, then you need to try La Perlita. A fixture in Santa Ana for over 15 years, it move about 8 years ago to Foothill Ranch. It still features the same fabulous, authentic dishes prepared with just the right heat that they served in Santa Ana, but in a more convenient location with better parking. Try "La Pirata", a whole catfish in a wonderful red sauce or the lamb shank served in a rich chili sauce.
