Toby is an absolute pleasure to work with. After getting estimates to tile my stall shower from a bunch of yahoos (seriously, ranging from 1K to 12K), he came in and gave a realistic estimate. He is very professional and I trusted his opinion on how to select the tiles. He even came up with an ingenious little drain for me! He stuck around to talk to the plumber because he knew I was unsure of what exactly I needed. All in all, I really appreciated finding him, and I believe he truly cares about his clients.
