I had a fantastic experience with Ron at Stonehaven. I came in to his store with a price range and a picture to give him an idea of what I wanted. We discussed different aspects of the design, he made some sketches, and the final product exceeded my expectations! It is also worth mentioning that although Stonehaven looks like a very high-end (expensive) retailer, I did quite of bit of comparison shopping and their prices were great.
Pros: Beautiful jewelry, competitive pricing, honest service
Cons: None...just need to trust in Ron
