I'm not a computer person. Nope, never have been. It took me ten minutes just to write this review :) Anyway, having said that I would like to comment on how great this service really is. They helped me to understand not only what the problem with my PC was, but also how to fix it next time. I never felt out of place with the things they were teaching me. I not only recommend Computer Answers, but will be going to them for any of my computer needs. Thanks!
