Rosa is the best hair stylist ever, hand down. I have been going to her for over 6 years and she always knows what is best for me. She is extremely talented at color and always cuts my naturally wavy hair in a way that it looks great straight or curly. I recently had a Brazilian keratin treatment and it still looks fab 2 months later!
Pros: Amazing talent, great with color and cut, prices reasonable for the value
