Businiess name:  Shogun Japanese Steak House

Review content:
We tried Shogun last weekend. First of all, the decor is very ""sterile"", not comforting at all. The staff is confused and gave us multiple answers, frequently contradicting themselves. Apparently, you can share plates, but not on the weekend. They do not have cups with lids for little kids. The food is not as high quality as most hibachi places. The soup had french fried onions in it which gave it a greasy flavor. The sauces came out from the back and were extremely runny. Had to ask for more. Veggies were sparse- meals were not big enough to allow for those normally (o-so- yummy) leftover meals. Chefs were not experienced, they were slow, not showy. Spoke with others at our table who also felt that food was not worth the money and would rather go to ""old reliables"" instead to spend our hard earned dollars. Pros: seated quickly, clean Cons: food was not good, service so-so, not very family friendly, small portions, unexperienced chefs
