My family and I dined at the restaurant for the first time tonight, and were sorely disappointed with the experience. We were seated when the restaurant was not very full, and were barely acknowledged by the wait staff. We ordered drinks and pizza, and waited close to an hour before the pizza was brought out. During that wait, none of the servers stopped by the table, or even followed up with the kitchen staff to find out what was taking so long. Finally, I went up to the counter to ask about our food, and it was brought out within minutes. The pizza was COLD! We were tired and starving, my children were fussy, so we ate the cold pizza anyway. When we mentioned it to our server, she acknowledged that our order had been put in delivery boxes and forgotten. Immediately after serving us the cold pizza, our server brings us the bill and did not ask if we'd like to order anything else, and did not mention dessert. She never came back to pick up our payment, so I went up to the counter and stood in line. The woman at the counter helped the person in front of me, and then blatantly asked the man behind me if she could help him. Had he not told her, ""I believe she (me) was here first"", she would have ignored me! When I presented my payment to her, she rudely said that the server was supposed to take the payment. Instead of immediately ringing me up, she waited for my server to come back to the register, who then took my payment and then took the liberty of taking some of my change!
