Long story short we made a deal to sell our Crew, have it fixed and in return we would buy a Yamaha from them. We made good on our deal they basically fell through on every aspect of their end which included quoting us a price for repairs then after seven weeks of lack of communication and forgetting to order parts they finally fixed it with an additional $600 added to the ticket. They NEVER called for approval, I was told they didn't have time to call their customer's to get approval thats not what they do. Owner's son even cussed at myself and my husband after expressing our dissapointment in finding out they wanted an additional $600 in NON-approved work. I would and will never do business with this company again and stongly advise you to reconsider before calling this company!
