Review content:
I've been to Flipside many times and have always been welcomed the second I arrive. Anytime I have any questions they are extremely helpful. They explain everything they're doing when performing a piercing and really care about making sure I'm comfortable and understand what is going on.
They also really help me with making sure I get the jewelry I'm looking for and will also let me special order jewelry they don't have in stock. They don't charge you for special orders until you go in and check out the product to make sure it's what you want.
They carry Manic Panic products which I've always loved using, and they have Jones Soda which is amazing!
They're located in Downtown Ottumwa and are really easy to find.
Pros: Friendly, professional, knowledgable, clean.
Cons: Only open 6 days a week
