What can you say when you bring your beloved pet in for a $70 grooming and discover that they have broken your dogs' paw? How about the fact that they don't even tell you!!! Their grooming shop can not be trusted. If you love your pet, don't let this happen to them.
After the four hours in and out of a cage in their care my dog for a wash and puppy cut my dog seemed to be limping on pick up, but only when I called their grooming salon from the animal hospital did they say they noticed the dog favoring one paw in the cage (after they must have slammed her paw in it!)
After 6 weeks the prognosis is possible surgery to mend the broken bones.
Ask yourself, would you take that chance?
Do not patronize their grooming salon!!!!!!!!!!!
Pet Smart Grooming has no heart for our enormous dog loving community. The store is simply a cash cow to the corporation...
Tell your dog loving friends ato not patronize this Little Shop of Horrors!
