Businiess name:  Yuki Japanese Restaurant
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
The restaurant is located in convenient NE Broadway, so my husband and I went on our first date night after our child was born. I am half Japanese and was craving good sushi and tempura. The waitress was rude and seated us without saying hello. She glared at me while I ordered my food. The sushi was okay, but I could tell that the tuna was not top grade. My tempura and agedashi tofu arrived in my bento box. Both were just terrible! Our bill came to over $60.00 and my husband and I felt cheated. It's just another example of why it's so important to find Japanese owned restaurants. The Korean's have taken over the Japanese restaurants in Portland and instead of sticking to making wonderful Korean food, they have decided to open up mediocre Japanese restaurant because there is more money to be made. I guess if you are not accustomed to eating true Japanese food - you may find Yuki's to be the best place in town! How unfortunate. Pros: Prompt seating Cons: Rude Waitress and horrible food
