Review content:
Some departments are just pathetic. The swim section is not for anybody serious about swimming. The real pit is trying to get bicycle supplies. No one in the department. Most items have no prices marked on them. Employees, when you can find one, have no clue about how to find the price of an item. But, they go to great lengths to have an employee stand at the front and greet you. That is probably the last time you will see an employee in the store interacting with customers. I emailed the company about the problems and got a nice form letter saying they are correcting the situation. Several weeks later I go in again and still no one in the bike department. Still no prices on items. There was someone to greet me at the door.
