Review content:
Our daughter had a basketball tournament in town last weekend and we were fortunate to stumble into ""Billy's"". It was 6:00PM and he parking lot was full......We expected a long wait , but the place is cavernous, and we were seated immediatwely. The waiter was attentive and professional. He couldn't have been more than 22 or so years old. The food was absolutely delightful. I had a combo platter of chicken, pulled pork and sausage. All three were both moist and flavorful. The sauage reminded me of as good as any I've tasted in New Braunfels or Fredericksburg Texas. The pulled pork almost melted in my mouth. Those of you who have ever eaten at Allman's up the road in Fredricksburg will know what I mean! Can't wait to get back, to try a rack. P.S. Don't drink the cabernet!
Pros: inexpensive
