Review content:
I took my car in for a tune up, and they broke off 2 spark plugs, then charged me 600$ to get them out. I know that the plugs weren't in there tight, because I had just took them out to inspect them a week before. After talking to a few people, I keep hearing the same thing over and over. They break stuff just to fix it, and charge you an arm and a leg.
Cons: they break stuff just to charge you to fix it.
