If you ever want to hear those FAVORITE 4 LETTER WORDS then Aloha Garbage is the company for you! I was in making a payment on my account and there was a lady yelling and cursing when she was on the phone. I heard someone say ""Kim watch your mouth"" and the nice lady that was assisting me apologize for her foul mouth (which she was nice and polite). What company in there right mind would have such a person represent there company and call it customer service. Where do they find these people! Wouldn't you believe this same fouled mouth person was at it again the next time I came in. Due to this person I will not be in to make my monthly payments in person I will be mailing them in since they don't believe in convience (billpay, online pay etc..)
Pros: One nice customer service lady so far!!!
Cons: 4 letter words!!!
