Review content:
Besides having horrible customer service, outdated equipment, no online/phone/other bill pay options besides checks, they have shady business practices. I sent them a check meant for my HOA last month and I sent my HOA a check meant for Aloha Garbage. My HOA sent the check back and recognized my mistake. Aloha Garbage, on the other hand, saw the check, stamped it with their endorsement and deposited it. Then they sent me a letter stating that I did not pay last months bill and they requested payment. I paid them my normal amount and they cashed that check as well. What's more funny about this is that when I called to demand a refund, they thanked me for both payments... Supposedly my refund is in the mail, but we'll have to see about that. Oh, and watch out for Key Bank because they allow checks to be deposited that are not written to those that endorse them.
Pros: they pick up garbage?
Cons: outdated equipment, 1 bill pay option (mail in your check), horrible customer service
