Review content:
The customer service is horrible. If they mistakenly charge you an extra bag fee I wouldn?t even bother trying to get your money back. Three weeks in a row now my garbage can is half full after they pick up. Apparently they don?t try very hard to get the garbage out. Worse than that the garbage truck in our area leaks some sort of hydraulic fluid when it picks up the garbage cans. We have poka-dotted oil spots running all through our neighborhood. My neighbors and I have complained several times and nothing is done. On a positive note they have never skipped my house, and they even come on holidays...
