Review content:
Merchandise was purchased from Dub Venable Inc. in May 2006 and charged to our corporate credit card in the amount of $492.15 for the purpose of resale. It was determined that the merchandise was overpriced and would not sell. After numerous attempts to contact Mr. Venable, he authorized the return of merchandise with a 20% restocking fee which was satisfactory. The 6 packages were shipped back and signed for by D. Venable on 1-26-07. Our company finally reached Mr. Venable by phone on 5-4-07 and Dub advised he would issue a refund check for this return. Our Accounts Payable Dept. continued calling Mr. Venable advising no check was received and would happily take a credit on our corporate credit card. In July 2007 the matter was turned over to our Collections Dept. who contacted Dub Venable numerous times with promises that the check was in the mail with no results. A formal detail of this situation and collection letter was sent cerified mail with return receipt to Dub Venable (received 8/08/07) and Caddo County Court House, Bret Burns, District Attorney (received 8/07/07). Our company, Partsmaster, has not received any credit for this merchandise to date
