Our experience with Key R-D Trailer Sales was NOT pleasant. First they ordered the wrong trailer and that took weeks as it was to get in. Then we had a date of 7/24/11 for the correct trailer and it never came in til 8/10/11. Our salesperson admitted he made the mistake and said that he would eat the cost and deliver the correct trailer to us when it came in. Well needless to say they refused to deliver the trailer and it had a leak in hose .-A brand new trailer!!!! Will never deal again with this place.
