My friends and I have gone there a few times now, and the only reason why we have returned is that they can accomodate a large group size (there were 8 of us the first time and 10 the next). Their service is the worst, all they care about is getting their cover charge from you, once you are in the place they put you on ignore mode. The staff is in way over their heads and quite rude too, the only saving grace is the selection of middle-eastern music, but even so, the music isn't worth the trip alone. I suggest going to Cafe Nile (around the corner on Jones St.) instead, though it's a bit smaller, there is more of a homely feel and the hookahs are the best in San Francisco !!!
