Review content:
I am very surprised that no one has taken these people to court for false advertisement. While I was there this past week, no one was told their glasses would be ready in 1 hour. Every one was told at least 2 hours and I was there when they opened. My glasses were not ready after three hours and finally I told them that I didn't want the pair that wasn't ready and the manager suggested that maybe i didn't want the other pair either....so I left them! He sure didn't seem to care if I came back or not. Their's sure isn't a service industry. Needless to say, that was my LAST visit to Eyewear Express. All the money they spend on advertising sure isn't helping them if they can't keep people coming back.
