Review content:
I found them on the internet and they were by far the lowest price per square foot. Because our dark, office carpet wasn't that dirty, it was ok to pay the least amount. The owner told me by phone that it would be $.12 per square foot for our 1100 square foot office space. When my boss called to schedule, he was told it would be $.22 per square foot. When I called to discuss the price change, the owners brother was rude, said to find another cleaner and hung up. I called back the next day, spoke to the owner again and begged him to please come out, which they did. Within a week of having the carpets cleaned, stains appeared that resembled the carpet not being dry all the way. My boss asked me to call them back but I thought we should wait a little longer and just make sure that the carpet was fully dry. I called within the next 2 weeks and asked them to come back out. I made an appt for a week away. We had to reschedule due to the parking lot being repaved. They had no problem at that time rescheduling. I was told their next appt was a week away, which we took. Then I got a message that they needed to reschedule. I called and spoke to the owner. He said they would not be coming out and that we should have called back within 3 days per the contract that by the way was never signed. I hope that buyers will consider this story before using Magic Carpet Care. Our carpet is worse after they touched it. I called the owner back to ask him if he was going to fix our carpet, giving him a last chance to make his wrong, right. He told me that my calling was harassing him and that he would get his attorney after me for harassment. Therefore, the post. Pros: Not many that I can think of Cons: Terrible cleaning, horrible customer service, DON'T USE THEM!
