Review content:
So although it is nice that they have the buy 1 pair get 1 free and have a decent selection of frames the service is awful. I had ordered glasses and when I got them a screw was missing and they tried to tell us to buy a repair get, for their missing screw. Then we notice the frame was warped around the lens. The woman tried to argue the fact with me and saying they inspect them and noticed nothing. Then they ordered me a replacement frame, the same woman claims she left a message for me that I never got. We go in for them to swap the frames and they still did not get the lenses in properly. So then we demanded a refund and they couldn't get it to work so now I am waiting for a manager that will supposedly call me with the refund info. I have a friend that is a supervisor for lenscrafters lab and she says it sounds like they broke alot of rules in installing the lenses, via overheating. I really do not recommend anyone go there.
