in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Review content:
I called Elite in August and asked about serving the secretary of state. I was told it would take a few days. On September 1, I send them all the required documents. Here we are 27 days later and they still have not sent me the affidavit of service. I asked them to send me the original via certified mail and they asked me to send a check for $5 to do so. I did. I also asked them to email it to me so I have something in my hands. They asked for $10 just to email it. I called a weeks later to find out the certified number so I could track it because I still did not receive it. I received different versions of what happened from different people. No one knew where the original was. No one knew the certified number. They told me they were trying to get a new copy. Although I need the original. The owner hung up on me. I called back and he told me that I was a pain in the ass and not to call back again.
Terrible experience. I will never use them again.
