Save yourself time and energy and bypass this establishment. They lost a sweater of mine (which is not a huge deal to me) but then lied and lied to me about it, giving me a different excuse every day, and often contradicting what they had previously told me. Instead of making 1 trip there to pick it up, I made 6 because they kept lying to me about where it was and when it would be ready. I had to bring along my infant daughter on all of these trips as well. They also had me waste a trip to bring in proof of cost so that they could figure out how much to refund me, but still gave only the minimum value, which is a fraction of what I paid for the sweater. I really feel that they do not care about their customers or the trouble they put them through. I will never go back and I strongly recommend others to stay away from this place.
