Shockingly slow, almost non-existent service. Did anyone care that our dinner was over an hour in coming? If it ever arrived, we didn't know, because we left.... never got glasses of water... utensils.... a re-do on the margarita (why was it served w/o salt? how come it was kind of watery, which I see someone else mentioned?). I had the Oaxaca tamale as a starter. Pretty good, except that I had to eat it w/o the margarita, which was a total bummer. The place is packed because the prices are not bad and the food is pretty good. Be forewarned: your order goes to the bottom of the heap if you don't get the tableside guac they like to push. I'm sure it's great, but we left feeling really screwed because we didn't order it. Next to us, a party of four was served way before us having come in about 20 minutes after us... An older couple kept asking, Can we get some service here? Please? Their crime: they turned down the guacamole.
Pros: Good - maybe great - food
Cons: Service is so terrible your food may not arrive at all.
