Review content:
I dropped off a pair of shoes that needed to be fixed on a Wednesday making it very clear that I needed them for the upcoming weekend. He said, ""No problem. They will be ready on Friday at 1:00. On Friday at 1:00 I went to pick up my shoes and his door was closed. The guy at the newsstand said he probably went for lunch and to try later. I called for the next 2 hours and there was no response. I left for my weekend away without the shoes I was planning on wearing. I was beyond angry! Then, I called on Monday (nothing) ....Tuesday (nothing) ...dropped by on Wednesday and the newsstand guy next door said he was sick and would be in on Thursday. I finally went on Thursday and he was open. I told him I was upset that he was closed and my shoes were locked in his store, but he could care less. I told him I wouldn't be coming back and this would probably hurt his business and he said ""I've been here for 40 years. I'm not worried. Don't come back."" Who treats their customers like this? It was disgusting and rude and he went back on his word. Don't go here unless you can be without your shoes for a week, unsure of when you'll get them back.
