This is for the downtown location. I couldn't find it on this website. But if this is an example of their cleanliness standards and employee training it applies across the board.\r

I was reading the menu on the wall deciding what to order. There was a man behind the counter. As he watched me walk away from the menu and toward him, he walked away from the counter and went back to the kitchen, where I could see him through the opening in the wall. Bad enough. But then I saw him cough several times. He didn't even cover his mouth. Not that it mattered since he probably wouldn't have washed his hands between coughing into them and touching the food. Needless to say I ended up being glad that he walked away before taking my order, and I also walked away. Too bad. I used to like their food, especially the Brussels sprouts.
