Brilliant, Reliable Service, Integrity I found Dave McCarn over 7-years ago when I was in desperate need of data recovery. Though my computer had not crashed & was still working, the big box stores told me nothing could be done to find my files. In utter dismay, at 6:30 pm, I began calling local data recovery specialists. I figured if anything, I could leave a message. When I called Computer-Help, Dave answered the phone! After chatting for only about five minutes, I hung up with an appointment for early the next morning, & realistic hope that my files could be found! Before 10:00 am the next day, my data had been recovered. *** Since this was my personal computer, I was nervous about just how much this service was going to cost; and I knew my budget wouldn't allow me to spend thousands like a business can. Much to my relief, I found Dave's fee VERY reasonable. Now, almost 7-years later, I can honestly say that I can't afford NOT to use Computer-Help. *** In many ways Dave's most valuable help was when I upgraded to a new computer. With his advice, I purchased a very reasonable computer, & avoided overspending on utilities I didn't need. I then took both my old & new (in the box) computer to Dave. Not only did he transfer my data from one machine to the other. He tailored my new computer just for me. Now my very reasonable computer is a customized dynamo. According to Dave, the best way to avoid computer disasters is to set up & configure a computer when it is FIRST powered up. *** I'm pleased to say I no longer have an adversarial relationship with my computer. I use it without aggravation, & know should anything go wrong, all I have to do is call Dave McCarn at Computer-Help.
