I went to 5 bridal stores and bought the first dress I tried on at the first bridal store I went to; Brides by Demetrios. I absolutely loved my dress! I received great service the first day I went there by Elizabeth Riss. She was so sweet and helpful and then she quit =( The other girls there were not as helpful or as friendly as she was so that was a disappointment, but that shouldn't be a deal breaker because their dresses are awesome. My dress came in on time and it was as beautiful as when I had tried it on the first time. I had lost 23 pounds and needed alterations big time. Do not take your dress to the seamstress they have there. She is not that great. She kept getting the dress wrong because she was too scared to bring it in too much. She finally got it right, but she made me nervous! And a good seamstress would have gotten it right the first time, not the third. Overall, my experience with Brides by Demetrios was good. I looked great in their dress and that's what matters to me.
