In this age of corporatism it is getting ever more difficult for the small business owner to compete. I've personally seen it happen many times where people will go in and be able to get hours of Linda's time over a issue.
And I've seen as many times too, where people will remark ""oh, I can get it cheaper at ... yada yada ... or online,
Linda at The Natures Garden brings with her a lifetime passion of study and caring about people to provide a store with products that can help people.
Pros: Linda is knowledgeable honest and really cares about people
Cons: She is just one person :-)
