Review content:
The technicians came out and guaranteed their product and work and told us they would be back out in 10 days to double check everything. 3 days after they did their initial service, we were not satisfied so they cam back out. It was 2 weeks after they came back out and they never did their follow up. When we called, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, at best. Children were screaming in the background to the point where we could not hear the receptionist. We actually did not even think we were on the phone with an actual business. After she got done arguing that her computer showed they did come back out to do the 10 day follow up, she finally said she would have the owner call us. An hour later when we called the owner, he said that they would do nothing for us even though we paid for the service. The only way I would recommend this company is if you like paying out money for nothing in return except rude and unprofessional customer service.
