I had a decent time applying, and my complaints are probably specific to my building, but jesus christ these guys are bad. I live in Hampton Court Apartments, at Golden Gate and Larkin and the supervisor is a big piece of sh*t who doesn't do his job correctly. Valdeck, or however you spell his name, is a lazy, lazy man who looks incredibly shady.
Pros: near a lot of stuff, and the apartment itself isn't bad
Cons: Criminally negligent management, crackhead central, Valdeck is a POS
