Review content:
I go to the salon to relax and pamper myself. At first, I enjoyed the atmosphere of the establishment, but that was before I witnessed the Appointment Manager badmouthing a client she was speaking to after she got off the phone. I understand that people don't always get along, but her commentary spread negative vibes and unnecessary drama, and none of the other employees asked her to keep her voice down. I returned a second time to give it a second try, but was not warmly greeted by the same woman when I arrived for my second appointment. I prefer to be made to feel welcome when spending my hard- earned dollars.
The haircut and color were fine, but not worth the negative vibes encountered. I will not be returning to the establishment for fear that I will one day become the subject of the appointment Manager's outward negativity.
Pros: good stylists, they serve wine
