Review content:
We took our car into Ricks, because the timing was off and it was over heating. Ricks had the car for a week and told us everything was fine/fixed. We took the car out and within 2 hours of having it, it over heated and blew the head gasket. Ricks said that they were not reliable because, "" We drove it to Sparta and it didn't over heat, unless you wanted us to pay for us to drive it to Rochester we would have had no clue."" They will not repair this, when it was their negligence for not looking the car completely over for the over heating problem, and want us to pay over 1300.00 to fix it, or told us to pick it up. If they would have found the problem in the first place the cost would have been way less and the head wouldn't have broke. I would not recommend Rick's, we found out afterwards that many others had complaints about them.
Cons: Repairing vehicles
