Review content:
I work nearby this deli so we often get sandwiches from here when we are ordering for the whole office. The food is pretty good and relatively cheap but I think they are flattering themselves with the name 'Gourmet Delicatessen'. A more appropriate name would be 'Mediterranean Delicatessen' as that is the focus of their establishment. They basically bring the food of the mediterannean into your run of the mill american deli. They offer sub-par Gyros and mediocre Mediterranean Wraps as well as other mediterranean themed side dishes such as dolmas and tabouleh. Unfortunately the ingredients seem to be low quality, probably in an effort to make the meals affordable which we can all appreciate but diminishes the food's tastiness. With La Boulange right around the corner where for 20% more you can get yourself a much better sandwich with a side salad, its hard to justify going here instead. Long story short, a decent place to get a decent priced lunch but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here unless your getting a large order.
