We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Bought two cars from them in August. It's been nothing but a hassle getting anything done ever since. Was mislead several times during negotiations (car insurance will be cheaper, mileage is better than previously-owned car, we'll brush off the scratches on the bumper, etc.). Quoted the wrong price over phone and was not honored. CD player didn't work- had to call and email five or six times to get an appointment for it to be fixed (which, they finally did). Was told that paperwork will be sent in the mail within 30 days to get the car registered- told them we haven't received it, and they said to give it a few more days. Called two weeks later, only to be completely disrespected over the phone by JIM. Got a call back, and was told we didn't need the paperwork to begin with, and could just go straight to the DMV. Will NEVER do business with this dealership again. Wish I went with my instincts the first time I met them.
